I now have custody   1 comment

I really need to update this site but have had a very hard time posting this. My sons father passed away. He died of a drug overdose.   I had been telling the courts about his problem but it fell on deaf ears. No one listened or cared at the time.  Had the court required him to get help to see his son he may have been alive today.  The court chose to ignore me and gave my son to an active heroin user. Now my son is without a father at all.

I don’t understand why Carol Orleck,  Keith Prater,  Sue Olsen, or Judge Kirby did what they did to me.  I am not the only one being hurt by this system.  Countless number of kids and parents are being delibertely harmed by the family courts that should protect them. Our system needs to be completely overhauled.

I will write more information soon but wanted to post this update.

My heart cries for the moms and dads who can’t hold their children tonight because the system let them down.  I understand the heartache.

  1. Three separate groups of victims of Ms. Alliegro’s program are working together to file a formal complaint regarding the overlapping abuses we have experienced. I’m so sorry about the loss to your family system, and the difficulty that presents a child. I hear in your concern for your child a good outcome for him, we wish you the best. I am wondering though if we can include your experience in whatever form of disclosure you would like, regarding your name etc, but at least include the detail of your experience with Susan Olson. I also was blocked by Ms. Olson in getting alcohol treatment for the other parent in our case. She went as far as lying about when he was tested and making sure he was given a week of warning prior to any testing. We just wish the kids could get help. Let me know if you would cite this overlap in abuses and be willing to report the program together in this. Although, Ms. Olson should be held accountable as well, we are working to stop the corruption at the top that has allowed this to happen in the first place. Ms. Olson should have been fired long before she could harm your family or mine.
